TheBTB405QMis a five stringsolid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2001. It was produced by World Musical Instrument Co. in Incheon South Korea as part of the Standard line.
Featuring a basswood body with quilted maple top bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Ibanez Dynamix Full Range passive pickups with a Vari-mid 3-band preamp EQ, medium frets, Mono-rail bridges with 19mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a graphite nut and gotoh tuning machines.
